历史悠久
北京六建集团有限责任公司（简称“北京六建”）成立于1958年，隶属于北京建工集团有限责任公司，是新中国成立最早的施工企业之一，是一家集施工总承包、工程施工、房地产开发、装饰、市政道桥、钢结构施工、机电安装、机械租赁、预拌混凝土、古建、建筑实验、建筑技术研发、物业管理于一体的大型国际建筑企业集团。

北京六建视质量为生命、视质量为使命。自1989年，凭借中国科技情报中心工程捧回第一尊鲁班奖开始，北京六建人将冲击鲁班奖作为自己的职业最高荣誉，并让“鲁班标准”在京城、外埠及国外落地生根，至今已荣获鲁班奖18项，凭借突出业绩，被授予鲁班奖工程突出贡献金奖。从上世纪50年代至今，在先后进行的四次“北京市十大建筑”的评选中，北京六建更是以人民大会堂、中央电视台、中央电视塔、恒基中心等7项工程入选。
科技创新
北京六建坚持运用现代科技，以打造新时期绿色精品工程为时代使命。从亚洲当时最高建筑——中央电视发射塔到国门第一楼——北京绿地中心，从亚洲化工领域最大钢结构工程到国际先进机场，北京六建在挑战“精、尖、险”工程的同时，研发申报国家级专利及国家级工法多项。近年来，通过成立BIM课题组，将先进的技术引入到重点工程建设中，极大提高了建设工程的管理效率和效益，全面提升了工程管理的水平和能力。

A LONG-STANDING HISTORY
Established in 1958, Beijing Liujian Construction Group Co., Ltd. (BLCC) was one of earliest construction enterprises since the founding of the People's Republic of China. It belongs to the Beijing construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., . BLCC has now grown into a large-scale international construction group specializing in architecture design, engineering construction, real estate development, decoration, municipal roads and bridges, construction of steel structure, equipment installation, commercial concrete, traditional architecture, engineering experiment, research and development of architecture technology，logistics and property management.
GREAT STRENGTHS
BLCC has been granted the following qualifications: Elite Qualification Certificate for general contracting of building construction engineer; Class-A Qualification Certificate for professional contracting of decoration, steel structure engineering and lifting equipment installation; Class-A Qualification Certificate for general contracting of the construction of municipal public works and construction of preservation of cultural relics; Qualification Certificate for contracting of the international engineering authorized by P. R. China; Class-A Qualification Certificate for foreign aids projects and for foreign labor service cooperation. With a corporate credit rating of AAA, BLCC has over 50 affiliated construction project departments and subsidiaries,employing more than 2000 people, of which 200 are in possession of a National First Grade Architect Certificate and senior professional qualifications of other types. The annual added contractual value of BLCC amounts to 6 billion yuan. The Group has the capacity of completing 1.5 million square meters of construction per year and an annual construction and reconstruction area of 4 million square meters. All economic and technical indices of the Group are developing at an annual average rate of 20%.
ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS'S NEEDS
So far, BLCC has completed over 20 million square meters of high-quality projects for Beijing, other provinces, municipalities and even countries, and has created a unique culture of its own that advocates the pursuit of excellence. Back in the 1970s, as an initiator of the "pursuing all-round excellence" campaign in the architecture circle in China, BLCC made tremendous contributions to the improvement of architecture quality in the country. In the 1980s, the Group was the first enterprise to put forward the three principles of "consider customers" needs before the construction, attend to customers' needs during the construction, and satisfy customers' needs after the construction" as the cornerstone for customer service, thus bringing the concept of service into the whole process of construction. In the 1990s, BLCC continued to take the lead in bringing forth the warranty system and customer review system for its architecture projects. It was the first enterprise to claim such honors as State Council's Order of Commendation, National May First Labor Award, and National Excellent Construction Enterprise, making it the leading light of Chinese construction industry.
STRATEGY OF EXCELLENCE
BLCC has always put quality first and foremost and regarded quality as the centerpiece of its mission.Since 1989, when it won its first Luban Award (Lu Ban was the most renowned architect in ancient China, thus the highest award for architecture projects in China is named after him.) with its China Scientific and Technical Information Center Project. people in this Group have taken the Luban Award as the top honor of their career and practiced the “Luban Standards” in all projects in and outside Beijing as well as in foreign countries. Up to now, it has won 18 Luban Awards and was awarded the Gold Award for The Outstanding Contribution of Luban Award relies on the outstanding achievements. In the poll of ****ing the “Top 10 Buildings in Beijing”conducted four times since the 1950s, 7 projects by BLCC including the Great Hall of the People, China Central Television (CCTV) Station, CCTV Tower, and Henderson Center have been listed.

With the help of modern technology, BLCC has entrusted itself with the mission of building green and high-quality projects for the new era. From the CCTV Tower of the highest building in Asia to Beijing Greenland Center, the first building of the Country, from the previously tallest building in Asia to the tallest residence block of Beijing, from the largest steel structure engineering project in chemical industry in Asia to the internationally advanced airport, BLCC, while challenging itself with these “sophisticated, cutting-edge and risky” projects, has developed and applied for many national patents and national-grade normalized construction methods. In the recent years, through set up the BIM research group and brought advanced technology into major projects, the management efficiency and benefits have been greatly enhanced, and the project management level and ability have been comprehensive promoted.

Relying on the strategy of technological innovation and the creation of excellent projects, BLCC has been pressing ahead with its globalization. Since the construction of Tianjin TEDA Soccer Stadium, BLCC has gradually extended its market to more than 20 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and special administrative regions, such as Hebei, Shan***161;ˉxi, Shanxi, Sichuan and Macao. Since the first adventure abroad with the Tanzania National Stadium, BLCC has now successfully developed projects in countries such as Angola, Algeria and Tobago. BLCC continues to build itself into an international construction enterprise through the application of "Beijing Speed" and "Beijing Standard".
